Second in a series of conferences exploring viable solutions for struggling United States Postal Service, PostalVision 2020/2.0 took place on June 12-13 at the L'Enfant Plaza Hotel in Washington D.C.

Dr. V.A. Shiva Ayyadurai, founder of THE EMAIL Lab, participated in a panel discussion on “Digital Layer: An exploration of digital influences, trends and products operating on postal platforms and their places meeting the needs of society in the future” along with Farah Abdallah of Universal Postal Union, Daryl Jackson of Deloitte Services LLP, Larry Weber, Chairman of W2 Group and the moderator Matt Swain, Associate Director of InfoTrends.
